Mad About Music

Despite her father having died before she had a chance to know him, Gloria pretends that he writes to her regularly in order to fool her peers. Desperate to convince them - and to throw the sceptical Felice off of her trail - Gloria pretends as though he is bound to visit any day, forcing her to find some suitable stranger to rope into her scheme. Holidaying English composer Richard Todd is chosen as the man to fill in the position of father, and when he decides to accept - if only to see where it will all go - the sudden appearance of Gloria's mother sets a chain of events in motion that none could have seen coming.
