Intermezzo

A violinist of no small renown, Holger Brandt lacks for neither recognition or success, and often embarks on tours to display his skill. It is on a trip home from one of these that he comes across his daughter's piano instructor, Anita Hoffman - and it is then that they begin a tryst behind his wife's back. Behind his wife's back, the two lose themselves to the throes of passion, thinking little of satisfying their urges with each other - though this bliss is not to last forever, and soon, the two of them must figure out what to do with themselves and their relationship.
